We have attempted to keep our guidelines simple as per the policy at DirectLocalGuide for plain language agreements.
A legal agreement is entered into at the time of booking your campaign that contains the formality of the arrangement.
Here are some key common sense points
Direct Mail media campaigns must be booked approximately 3 Weeks in advanced.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of being advised that your campaign has been booked.
Payments are accepted via our online payment gateway, PayPal, Direct-Debit and via Cheque.
Accounts are available for large volume or corporate customers. Talk to Us.
Advised Campaign run date commits direct mail campaign to printing and delivery and no refund is applicable.
A handling charge of 10% of the package fee is applicable in the event that a campaign booking is cancelled prior to our run date confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel direct mail campaigns, in which case a 100% refunded will be applicable if no online campaign has been activated.
We reserve the right to charge for services in the event that photographic or image technical modifications are required. You will never be billed without prior being advised and your approval received for any services.
The exact value of any campaign will be confirmed as part of the booking confirmation.
Variations may occur as all Direct Mail media campaigns are postcode targeted with varied counts of delivery points.
